Letter wrote to Property Management June 10th
Trudie,
Yesterday I was extremely dissatisfied in your unprofessionalism and your ability to provide customer service. As I attempted to ask several times for the owner or corporate number, you suggested me to ask by email. These emails that I have written are a paper trail that those request were deliberately denied.
For you to bang on the desk clearly shows an extension of how you choose to escalate the matter and continued to deny my tenant right according to the Landlord and Tenants rights.
As you indicated that I have not paid anything for rent is clearly not true. According to my records and receipts that you wrote out, I did. Also in your emails prior, not once did you mention that 133.00 amount was to be paid. According to emails I would be able to move in on the 25th, and additional repairs would be made during that time frame. It also states my account would be credit for inconvenience.
I also had my money order for the 615.00. Which I tried to come to an understanding and pay. However as always you had to leave. You stated your office hours are from 930 to 5 or so which you closed the office early yesterday. I'm not sure why all other public information states different office hours, however, that's nether here nor there. You clearly closed early. BECAUSE I inspect properties I have time frames that I must adhere to stipulated by the bank. Hence, the reasoning for my request to come in later.
As I came in to address my concerns, you stated I was hostile which was incorrect. As I stood there you had several opportunities to manage the situation that would have satisfied a pleasant experience for the both of us.
I have included pictures of repairs that should have been addressed before move in. I am also reporting the sink in the kitchen pipes are not properly installed causing water that is ran to come out. In addition, at your request, I can provide copy of receipt that you provided
Being an independent property inspector so I am concerned as to if the owner is aware of how things are being handled and his tenant issues are been addressed.
Please consider this a written notice in addressing my concerns. I would also once again like to speak to the owner to address my concerns.
This is a letter with several other that I have sent and she has denied to fix any of the maintenance issues.. She still has not answered me however is kicking me out. How can they get away with this mistreatment? She had me to sign a temporary lease that stated I need to come back in within 3 days. I went to the office and she wasn't there so I texted her, she advised at 528 she was already at her second job which the office is not supposed to close until 5:30. Not only do I not have any copies of my lease but she also has denied any contact with the ower of the complex. She also advised that she would credit my account for making me move in nearly a month late..she advised that 133.00 after the fact of me moving in was all she was given. I had to pay extra rent, also I had a storage that I had to pay and I took off work early to sign my lease and she did not advised that I could move in until I had been contacting her for 5 days. Her excuse was that her condition makes it hard to work. All this was correspondence through email so I have proof. I paid 365 for a 200 move in special and 400 for deposit, so a credit of five days is all she would give for all the money that I was out because she had my deposit and my rent already. That put me back on other bills cause of her unprofessionalism. All I ask for is a true compensation for her error. I have the rent money order that I presented to her in the office however she refused the payment and walked out and locked the office. Closing the office at 4 when she argued that her times are 9- 530 so where is the owner in all this? Does he not care about his tenats being bullied?
