I placed an order (7-in-1 Heart Rate Watch) with The Imperial Goods Company through LivingSocial.com on September 17, 2013 and paid for it through PayPal. 20 days later the watch never came. I got on the Imperial Goods Company website and tried to contact them online twice but no reply. I then then called them on the phone and after a several attempts I got through to a gentleman who verified my address and told me that my order was being processed and should be shipped soon. 2 weeks later the watch did not come. I tried to contact the Imperial Goods Company again on phone all day long for at least 3 days in a row but all I got was a phone message saying "we are currently busy with other customer..." I decided to file a dispute through PayPal against the Imperial Goods Company and LivingSocial.com. Soon after that The Imperial Good Company sent me an email saying they'd shipped the watch to me a while back and it must have been lost in the mail. I just could not believe that they flat out lied to me in my face. I am reporting that they lied because I checked the status of my order online all the time and even when they told me the watch was shipped a while back, I checked again and it said the same status as before which was "Pending." The second reason why I am saying they lied because a co-worker of mine ordered the same thing just 1 day after I ordered mine and never received it either. As of November 6th the watch did not come and I ended up canceling my order. I had no problem with getting the refund through PayPal.
