This wretched company stole my money over 10 years ago. They promised to match me with compatible people, but none of their matches were the least bit accurate for what I was seeking. Then when I complained, they acted like I was the one who wasn't putting any effort into it, always threatened to hang up on me or close my account, and outright refused to refund my money.
Unfortunately the company known as "The Right One" no longer exists. They closed a bunch of offices, including the one in my city, and for a time relocated to Omaha, Nebraska. Then the company closed down entirely, and reopened under several new names -- "The Ideal Match", "eLove", "Matchmaking Institute", "Together Introductions", etc. Just Google any of these names and you will find a ton of complaints about them. I am far from the only person they have ripped off. They disappear and reappear like this every few years to make themselves difficult to prosecute. This sort of behavior should not be legal.
The names of the people I'm aware of are Paul Falzone, Brad Megahan (The Right One), Bryan Lindahl, Karian Mitchell, and Michelle Bissomnette (The Ideal Match). I have contact information for some of them.
Someone please help me put a stop to this scam operation. Thank you for reading.
