I ordered a 24/7 wifi jammer from The Signal Jammer, on 2/4/15. It came quickly and worked well. On 5/31/15, it stopped working. They make the claim that other companies sell cheap jammers that stop working and theirs would be worth the money and work well. I can never get them to answer the phone or emails, not for this incedent or other general inquiries.

Signal Jammer Emailed me, and said they would fix their defective equipment, if I shipped it to them. That was on 6/4/15. I shipped the unit out, via USPS, on 6/6/15. On 6/16/15, USPS tried to deliver the unit. The unit never came back to me. The Signal Jammer still has the unit. Now, The Signal Jammer will not repond to my Emails. The Signal Jammer realizes, that I was correct in the first place. The Signal Jammers product is cheaply made and breaks easily. The Signal Jammer is fully aware of this. Do not buy items from China, this is where The Signal Jammer is. It cost 75 dollars to ship to China, plus the original cost of the item, which was a lot. It is now, 7/17/15, no response, no item. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, STAY AWAY FROM THE SIGNAL JAMMER.

Hello, we received you email regarding the performance failure of the unit on 31 May 2015, which was a Sunday. I'm afraid we do not have customer service reps available on weekends which is why we reply to all requests within one buisness day.
As your matter received attention the following day on 1 June, I'm surprised that this report was filed on 2 June.
