On January 21, 2016 i ordered a transmitter called the Blocker Mini #18773 from a company called The Signal Jammer. I paid $129 plus shipping, it came to $133.95. It took 10 days to arrive. When I tried it I found it to be ineffective. I contacted the company and told them the Blocker Mini was ineffective. I asked them if I could upgrade to something better. I offered to return the item minus the shipping cost, and put it toward the cost of something else. I was told that the person in charge had a liberal policy, but all they would offer is some kind of promotion. Since I felt that it didn't work out the first time, I decided not to chance it. I ended up disputing the charge. Now they've threatened me. I stand by everything I've said. including that they knew the Blocker Mini was useless and sold it to me anyway. I could never reach anyone by phone. I believe they've committed fraud. I still offer to return the item, if they send me a prepaid return mailing label, which will be complicated since they're located in Hong Kong.

Debby, we've issued a rebuttal however it is not appearing.
Apologies to ripoffreport.com and readers if this is duplicated.
We'd like to point out a few items here to be perfectly clear:
1> You ordered the wrong item. We offered, at your request, to exchange/upgrade it for you, at a discount. Instead you kept the item and obtained a chargeback.
2> Our products have a 1 year warranty to work as advertised. We have not denied you access to that warranty in any way.
3> No one has 'threatened' you. We simply pointed out that your actions are tantamount to theft.
4> You yourself admit that we cannot issue a call tag internationally to return the item, yet that is what you've requested.
You "believe" we've comitted fraud, yet you have the equipment which you ordered, and you have the payment.
We are without our equipment and without payment, yet we're still offering to honor either the exchange or the warranty repair for the unit if needed if the unit is returned.
Completely up to you how to proceed.

Hi Debby, I've reviewed your case and find that every effort was made to resolve this for you. You purchased an item which was not designed for what you were attempting to accomplish, and we offered not only to upgrade you to the equipment you needed, but to do so at a discount, in order to provide you with the best possible customer service.
Rather than exchange the item, you chose to keep the item and obtain a chargeback, and take to the internet and accuse us of fraud.
I hope you can review the definition of fraud to find where it falls in this case. We delivered the equipment you paid for, in the time frame quoted to you, and we've offered you concessions beyond the terms of your warranty agreement to retain you as a happy customer.
The offer to exchange or upgrade your equipment still stands, within the terms of your 1 year warranty.
Of course we would require you either pay for the equipment you are holding, or return it to us, within the terms of your warranty agreement.
