The Ultimate Builders, LLC (Service Magic is a Ripoff!) Don't buy leads, more than half are bad and they don't credit them and stick you paying for bogus information! They sent my company to collections without notice for false Internet, Texas
Service Magic and I have been doing business for 5 yrs in Houston, TX. I buy leads at $65 a pop for customers wanting a roof replacement estimate. I started a branch in Dallas, TX. 1 yr ago and wanted to see how the service worked there and signed up to start recieving leads in that market. I started recieving bad leads and a lot of them, wrng# and or address, hell even people that had their roofs done already, so I called to canceled the service up there. Little did I know nor did the rep tell me that they just put my accnt on hold for 30days and at the end of the 30days I started getting leads sent to a salesmen that doesnt even work for the company anymore. Without notice, they billed me for the leads never sending the info and the time passed for the 30days to disbute.
Long story short, if your a contractor looking to buy leads, dont waste your money. I have spent thousands, over 20k in 5yrs buying leads...and for them to send me to collections without speaking to me and or sending me letter...over 300bucksm give me a break.
Do not use this company, a complete Ripoff.
