I contacted them throw live chat on their website. i was told they can fix it but it had to be sent in .i agreed and paid for the service then i got email with instructions and mailing address to send the phone to. i did with registered mail and signature required. In the email I was told its one day service, I will attach copy of the email. They got the phone on the 4/13/15 on the 4/14/15. i chatted with Scott and I was told the phone is ready and i will get tracking # shortly am still waiting and they ignoring every attempt to reach them.
