When booking a hotel using a voucher for thehotelcard.com we were required to pay the full cost of the hotel then within 2-3 weeks receive a check by mail OR a credit to our credit card for the $140.00. I have been in contact with the company who keeps claiming that they reimbursement will be sent out the following week. This was booked on 9/3/2012. Their website clearly states Once you book your hotel, you will be charged the pre-discounted amount of the hotel room at the time of booking, in addition to receiving an instant credit to your credit card for the amount of the Hotel Card or Club Card Savings.  Credits may take up to 14 days to actually appear on your statement, but in most cases, it appears within 24 hours  It has been OVER 2 months and nothing.
