I Hired " The One Stop Blog Shop " to format and redesign my "RPMWARE" Website which "RPMWARE " listed as one of their trusted web designers. The One Stop Blog Shop has several well designed website designs on their portfolio page. I contacted them and told them what i wanted. After a few weeks they changed the design of my website to something terrible looking and nothing like the designs on their page.
It was also all in spanish not English. I contacted them and complained, they emailed me back and said they would remove what they did and change it which they did and installed a very basic platform which practically comes with the "RPMWARE" website already. I could of done what they did all on my own. I emailed them several times explaining what i wanted , i told them to give me a very similar design to one of their designs on their website and they did not do it.
I also asked them for help setting up my DNS which they said they would help me with but i got no help with that either.
They don't return emails, never answer the phone, I filed a complaint with Paypal since i made the purchase for service through but they denied my claim. I'm not out $800 for a simple web design that anyone with CSS/HTML knowledge would easily be able to do.
I even offered to pay extra for a better designed site and got no reply from them.
