I had the same experience regarding the credit card inoformation first when I called to order floam for my Grandson however, I refused to give it and stopped the call immediately. The only reason that I stopped the call is that a week before, I had seen the tubs at my local Michael's Craft store and thought that I would really only like one tub to try before I bought 4-6 tubs. I am sorry that you were not as lucky. The product is very fun for my Grandson. After reading your story, I think I will stick to buying in the store. One more thing.... I did not pay any S&H.
