Thinkall Publishing Big time ripoff, scam, fraud, liars Garland Texas
I, too, wish I had knowledge of this information before I processed my order back on October 13, 2006. Since November 13, 2006, I have sent and received 13 emails wherein they apologized and assured me that they only wanted happy, satisfied customers, and would send me two free CDs and free S&H; only to date, I have never received anything. I, too, attempted calling the 8004628144 toll free number, only to hear, we are unavailable currently, please try us again later.
Today, April 4, 2007, I had just compiled a packet containing all the email correspondence, and was about to forward to their offices in Garland, TX, and God said, 'go to the Yellow Pages website and look up their address', needless to say, there was no address, their website did not open any longer. As I was doing a search for the company, I came across this site about Thinkall being a rip-off - YES it is.
If there is a class-action suit pending or in the future, I would definitely be a part of it.
They did lie - none of what was sent to me was in their terms until after the product was received, and my account charged $49.90. I also asked them two questions, when does the trial period begin [upon receipt of product - which I did not receive until almost one month later - ordered October 13, 2006, received Nov. 4, 2006 - sent an email Nov. 13, 2006 to inquire and cancel - therefore the so-called ten-day trial period had not expired at that time].
I love how God works, I do not neessarily keep emails, but all the correspondence between me and them, I kept. I will be happy to present them, if necessary.
