thinkjobs is the old ATS Systems company from Atlanta. They created a web site and renamed themselves thinkjobs in order to step out from being a recruiter and trying to be a monster. I interviewed with this company once and they use Lotus Notes to drive their website, hence they have hit a limitation. There is no database active on the site, so they have to rely on scripting to get the appearence that is present. There is no way to login to the site. In their effort to market themselves they buy job space on Careerbuilder and Monster. When the links go back to their site you end up answering the same reference questions over and over again for each job. They also essentially want to you to reeneter you resume material over and over again. Don't waste your time. I am a very highly qualified candidate and have applied for a few jobs as a test, no response, what a surprise!!. The name of the game these days in finding a job is to apply for as many as possible in as short a time as possible, these sites that want you to "APply" to them each time a re big waste of time because this info goes into a database where they can filter it, hence whenever you see an "apply" button you can be sure that your information is mixed in with thousands of other candidates information and the company will spend weeks and weeks perusing the data to find the "right" candidate. What does this tell you about the company? THey spend inordinate amounts of time leaning on the employees rather than making quick, correct decisions and moving on.
