BEWARE "New in Box, Swim Pool Saltwater System most systems $800-$1500 - $449 (includes hook-up Des Moines metro)"
These can be purchased shipped for $169 online. It's an INTEX model # 54611E.
I was duped into buying one of these for a "cash pick up price" of $400 thinking I was getting an awesome deal on a $800+ dollar system. That is until I got home and found out that it's the same thing as model # 54611WL that can be purchase locally at Walmart for $179.
The seller, Thomas Moburg of Altoona, would not accept a return only one hour later. I have no recourse other than small claims court which he somehow knew would cost us $80!
I would use extreme caution purchasing anything from "Tom 515-669-5533" in Altoona CLAIMING to be a Local factory direct Rep with 20+ years experience.
