Thomas Ralph Edouard/Eduard Michel Abdurauf , Heather Michel IRS Fraud and Tax return scam & Identity Theft Charles Town Texas
Thomas Ralph Eduard Michel and his wife heather called me around Feb-March offering me help to file my IRS taxes. Then I found out that he put his account instead of mine to be refunded. The way he did it was to hack into my account under turbo file . I later found out that I am not the only victim and the biggest victim is US government and great citizens of this nation. Him and his ex wife who live together in West Virginia, been doing fradaulent tax returns, everything that deals with taking money from our government, by falsely using others name, having banks all over country all the way Bosnia and Benin. They even lies to welfare to get food stamps etc. His orgin is Haitian born here as he claims. He use it other name such as Abdurauf. He told me that he thinks it is ok to take money from government by false information and that he takes it and put in his home deposit box etc. That is why he said he keeps a pile of weapons storage in his home at his ranch.

This thieve mainly likes to use Thomas Michel as his name , 46 years old, claiming to be Haitian. His wife name is actually Heather Lynne or Heather L Michel, white red hair lady. he claims that she is divorced but living with him. Few years ago after big scam , they both declared bankruptcy via their attorney F. Adam who actually helps them in their schems.
