Thomas Roofing And Supply does substandard workmanship and is dishonest! Leaks they will not repair! Code violations! Ripoff! Yorktown Virginia
Since my roof was replaced by Thomas Roofing 1 year ago, there have been 5 leaks. A home inspector discovered installation errors and code violations with the sheathing, underlayment, flashing, shingle placement, nail placement. The town's building code official has stated that the roof fails to comply with building code. Thomas has been evasive and after 9 months of negotiation through the Better Business Bureau they have never made any offer to resolve the situation. This roofer should be avoided at all costs; they can not be trusted.
