The Thomasnet RPM team made promises of increasing our company's revenue through their digital marketing services that cost tens of thousands of dollars per year. Unfortunately, we believed in them. Once they started working for us, we found that they repeatedly missed deadlines, performed sloppy work and ignored our feedback. On the rare occasion they chose to respond to us, they made excuses. In addition, Thomasnet is notorious for abruptly increasing their fees without any improvement in quality of service.
