Thomasnet Thomas Register Fraud Theft Deception Bad / Hostile Threatening Customer Service Manhattan, New York
in early April, I cancelled my account with Thomasnet; however, they continue to bill me monthly despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter. Because the account is cancelled, I am unable to login to the service. When I attempt to do so, their website shows that the account is cancelled. If I want access to them, I must open another account.
Not until today did I learn that Thomasnet placed a fraudulent billing agreement against my PayPal account--despite their own acknowledgement that the account has been cancelled. All of my attempts to stop billing on a cancelled account have been ignored.
Thomasnet provides no telephone numbers on its website - it has been impossible for me to contact a customer service representative to better resolve this matter. All complaints must be filed on their website; however, my repeated requests have been ignored.
I have filed a complaint with BBBOnline. I encourage all who have experienced similar deceptive practices with Thomasnet to file as well.
