Thornhill Wrecker Service Inc rude,nasty, uncaring, down right uncompassionate Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Unfortunately my sister had a horrible car accident. My family is very close and we try to take care of each other in times of need. That's why I was so appalled by the rude, uncaring, down right uncompassionate treat me we received from the evil people at thornhill towing. First of all they would not honor my sisters 24/7 wrecker service she paid for with her insurance, then they would not allow another towing service to retrieve the car from them by bringing the car out of the gate after services where pad for, then they made my sister who was sore and limping from the accident walk all the way to the back of the wrecking yard by herself would not all me or her husband to accompany her to retrieve her belongings. My elder sister complained about the lack of customer service and was treated. The threatened to call the police on her for trespassing and slammed the glass window in her face. These people should be put out of business for the terrible treatment they have shown my family and others.
