Thunder Valley Casino Falsifying Win Loss Statements/Magnetically rigged casino Lincoln California
Hello. First of all. Im not slandering anyone. I'm telling you what has happened from my p.o.v.-. I've been coming to gamble here at Thunder Valley Casino for a few years now. So. From 2013-2015. Anyway. I know how much money I've lost here each month with my boyfriend. And. It's just insane. I've come for two years now each month numerous times a month and take my whole $1000 a month SSDI check to gamble with. Not only have I completely lost it all for two years now. My boyfriend has lost all of his checks each month as well for ten years. Anyway. Not only do i know how much money I've lost. Our win loss reports have been completely falsified and they made it seem that we've only lost a few hundred dollars in the we've been coming. After losing $24 thousand dollars alone and all of his money through the years. Each and every spin on the slot machines is literally always one little crack from either hitting a bonus or esp a jackpot. And if and when you finally do get a bonus. It pays you nothing back. So therefore you just lost a few hundred dollars to get a bonus. Just to win maybe a whole $20 back. Not only that. That's on a max bet. So. Than. To add insult to injury. After losing tons of money here that I obviously couldn't afford to lose in the first place. I only receive a whole $5 a week in free play. And. To make things worse. On 1-1-15 I lost over $800 and not once hit a bonus or got one lousy dollar back for three hours of play time. I even tried to get a job here but was discriminated against due to not being pretty enough supposedly. Than. I got hurt due to this casinos own negligence on 1-1-15 and got poked in the arse by a construction failure caused by this casino and had to go to the hospital and get a tetanus shot as well cuz of a huge staple sticking up out of a wooden ledge that was imbedded and part of it's structure. I had no idea it was even there.. What a great way to start off a new year right? Not only that. But than after complaining about it. No one did anything at all for hours until my boyfriend complained about it to the manager. Than they looked at me and told us to go to the hospital. No care or remorse or even a I'm sorry that happened to you. Now. We're completely financially destroyed. In debt. I'm injured due to this casino and to top it all off. We tried to delete our players club account and they wouldn't do it for us. So. My boyfriend complained and they told him to just 86 ourselves and stop gambling. Wtf? So basically. Coming here is a huge waste of money. You never win. Esp your money back. Than. Their excuse for not accounting all the money that you lost is most likely due to not always playing with your player's cards but we're literally always playing with it in the slot machines every time. Basically. These ppl hide behind their sovereignty laws. Do as they please. Financially destroy us all left and right. And lie about it in the end. I highly recommend staying away from here and I highly recommend not eating here either. I've gotten food poisoning numerous times here as well. And also. More times than not. You will get completely swindled and leave broke and more in debt. So therefore it's actually a bad thing to come if your in debt. And it makes it worse. You tail spin into chasing losses and losing what lil amount you had left to try and win again and they take that too.
