Ticketmaster ripoff faulty website actions cause loss of valentines day gift ripoff Atlanta Internet
I attempted to purchase tickets for an upcoming concert via online. The way the company suggested would be the fastest and best way to receive excellent seats.
I go through the entire process and get excellent seats only to be all of the sudden told that there was an "error" in processing my order and they are not sure if my credit card was charged or my order went through.
From there I now have to call customers service because there is a 10 ticktet limit and any order exceeding that would automatically be canceled. Well, I placed an order for 6 tickets. Therefore, I cannot try to place another one without knowing if the first went through or else it may be canceled.
It take 30 minutes to get to customer service to find I did lose my order and I am not paying the same price for ticktes an entire section up from where I was originally.
I had nothing but problems with getting to customer service and with their website and I will not be compensated in any manner for their mistakes.
I am attemtping to submit a complaint form to them about their problems but it has to be done via email. I fill out the entire form and I cannot send it to them because for some reason their system will not accept my email address I have been using for 6 years.
Its a screwed up circle. I have a problem with the website so I complain about it but I have to do it through their website and because they have a problem I cannot report the problem.
I am outraged that I wasted my time to setup an account with them and to be sure I was available at my computer when tickets go on sale to get crappy seats because they screwed up.
Companies these days do not care about their customers. As long as they are making their money that is all that matters.
