TIDEWATER WORKSHOP - Read the fine print!
Suppose you had a complaint regarding your dealings with Tidewater Workshop, such as the quality of a product, or the promptness of delivery, or the quality of their customer service. Just suppose.
Please be warned that you would not be able to post the complaint on this or any online site. Nor could you write or email complaints to a Better Business Bureau. Nor could you disclose to a third party any communication in any form (written, email, or verbal) between yourself and anyone connected with Tidewater Workshop. This is according to the Terms and Conditions (specifically the “Additional Terms & Conditions”) cited on their website and which apply to anyone who "executes and provides payment for an order” with the company. If you were to violate these conditions by making a complaint, you might well receive a nasty letter threatening a lawsuit should you fail to remove the post. The fact that such a suit would not likely have any legal standing is beside the point. It would nevertheless by highly intimidating.
I ask you, DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT WOULD THREATEN THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH A LAWSUIT RATHER THAN RISK PUBLIC CRITICISM?

Freedom of speech is the political right to communicate one's opinions and ideas using one's body and property to anyone who is willing to receive them. The term freedom of expression is sometimes used synonymously, but includes any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. In practice, the right to freedom of speech is not absolute in any country and the right is commonly subject to limitations, as with libel, slander, obscenity, sedition (including, for example inciting ethnic hatred), copyright violation, revelation of information that is classified or otherwise protected.
