First, I simply asked for a refund. Then I'm told to send off the necklace to some address in China. About a month passes with no progress, so I ask for a refund based on the premise that I was sold DEFECTIVE, NON-GENUINE merchandise, still no progress. I get a lame response saying that they have not received my package. It doesn't matter whether or not they've received the package if I WAS SOLD MERCHANDISE THAT VIOLATED OUR "CONSUMER-MERCHANT" AGREEMENT! i.e. selling me a necklace I thought was genuine but turned out to be fake. To whom it may concern,

This email is notify you that I will soon be exercising my stop-payment right with my credit card company. In good faith, I had purchased a necklace from you and you claimed that this item was a genuine Tiffany's product. I brought the item to a Tiffany's dealer to have it appraised, but they claimed right away that NO MERCHANDISE purchased from online businesses other than their official website may be considered genuine. Thus, I use their statement to prove that I received FAKE, and thus a SUB-STANDARD product from your company because you claim that all your merchadise was GENUINE TIFFANY'S JEWELRY.

I have asked you to refund this purchase on January 30 but have not received any action. I followed your instructions and mailed my necklace with the RMA number the next day I received your email on February 2nd. In good faith I asked for a resolution and sent the package.

Additionally, you did not respond to my previous email last week and your website is down. This email is a courtesy notice, to try to get you to refund my purchase amount of $59.98. I would like a resolution before I call my bank tomorrow.

For your reference, your Return Merchandise Authorization number is RMA: TS-201-S-105084. The status of your order has been updated in our system. Please return the merchandise and write down the RMA number in your return package. Items received with any writing on the original merchandise's box will be refused and returned to you and without credit approval.

You must ship the merchandise to us within seven (7) days of the date that we issue the Credit Return Authorization Number. It does not have to be back in our Return Center within 7 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).

You must:

Ship back all merchandise you are seeking to return.

Return the merchandise in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any documentation.

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, it will be rejected by our Returns Center. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.

Once you ship out return package, please provide us the tracking number or label number of the custom form. We suggest you use Post Office International Mail Service if tracking number can be applied. Please do not use UPS, FedEx or DHL due to EXTREMELY delay on the delivery of return package in our experience.

Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, we will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid to the credit card used for the original purchase.
