Time Share Assistance Said he would buy our time share and get it removed from our credit report Land O Lakes Florida
After speaking with Stuart and his then secrtary (Lisa Elwood) several times we decided to work with him. After trasfering the title to our time share where he said he would get it bough back by the time share comanpy and taking over payments as well as any maintance fees. After 90 days with no reutned phone calls or phone was answered annd once we used our actual name we were hung up on. Sturat still sends us emails on a regular basis on how to get rid of our time share.
We also had to pay him $1,500.00 to hadle all the legal aspects of removing it from our credit report. It is still on our credit report and we have now had to pay an actual legitimit comanpy to remove out time share as well as fix our credit report. I am in the proces of trying to speak with the SEC due to his actions. We have lots vaulbe time and money because of him.
I also spoke with the state of Flordia and registed a complaint with them however they were not intrested in persuing charges aginst him at the time. They said if i wanted to i would have to speak with a flordia attorney and an attorney in Califonia because that is where we purchased the timeshare from. It seams that no one is intrested in brining this man forward on charges of crimes that he has commited. Makes me wonder if i will ever get back any of the money that i have lost due to the timeshare comanpy and Stuart Vener
