Tin Truong ripped us off for $85 troubleshooting service call. This realtor called us out to diagnose his pool heater that wasn't working. We told Tin Truong what the problem was and provided an estimate for repair which he accepted then before coming back changed his mind and stated he will fix it himself. We told him that's fine but a service call diagnosis applied. Which he never paid.
A customer who does not pay is not a customer, a customer who does not pay is a thief
I cannot stand working for realtors, in my experience they are greedy and cheap, they want top dollar commission but aren't willing to pay the fair rate.

if you want to not worry about getting paid what you and your customer agreed to NEVER DO BUSINESS with a TOO HIGH. They will rip you off EVERYTIME. If you do not know what a TOO HIGH IS CALL A BIG LOCAL CAR DEALER AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A SALESMAN THATS BEEN SELLING CARS FOR A LONG TIME the rolling question
Hey me car salesman how long have you been selling cars ? Then say my brother calls some of his clients a TOO HIGH. What is a TOO HIGH. ?
