Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The Modeling and Entertainment Industry is a very difficult business. It is of course immensely rewarding, and working with creative kids and teens is as good as it gets.

If everyone was honest, upfront and believed in honesty and integrity, this would be a dream job.

Our agency here in South Carolina has been in business for 20 years and we have a spotless reputation. Our talent always works, and when you work, you get paid, right? In most case yes, until recently and I will explain that statement to anyone who will listen.

This is a long story and I will give the abbreviated version because I want to paint a complete picture.

Several months ago, December 2008 to be exact, we were contacted by an agency in Evansville, Indiana. They were working in connection with an agency in Des Moines Iowa on a promotion. It was a rather large job, but we were happy to book it. We had many college students home for the holidays and money after all, is important. We worked in connection with one of our friends in the SC low country. She has amazing talent and they want to work. We all waited patiently for all our boxes with promotion material to be delivered.

We of course checked on the status. No problem! It will be there. One day before the event three boxes arrived at our studio. They were supposed to be delivered to the individuals who were to work. I called TNT Management and was told that all the boxes were in their garage, and would be picked up by Fed-Ex and delivered to each individual store. I was told to tell my talent to go and plan to work.

My assistant delivered the three boxes to 3 models in a town 50 miles away.

Each of these three people was to work 2 stores. They had enough material, but paperwork for only one store. They filled out paperwork online for the 2nd store. 2 other people picked up materials from a TNT contact in Columbia South Carolina.

Saturday AM approximately 20 drove to stores expecting to work. Many drove 40 or 50 miles only to be told, we don't know what promotion you are here for and we have no materials. No one could work.

I sent an email to Tina Norris concerning this and I was very angry. The next call I get is from her attorney. I felt after our conversation, he understood the situation, and my talent would be paid. Time passed, many phone calls and emails. We finally received a small check for the talent who had boxes. They all worked 2 stores and were paid for one. Ms. Norris says, no original paperwork, no pay. This went on until we were faxed paperwork that had to be taken to each individual store, and signed by the store manager. A big pain. Some of the talent didn't live in the town where they worked. Nevertheless, we did it. Oh, ok, now you must have an affidavit from the store manager.

I stayed on the situation because it was no longer about money, it's about integrity.

Ms. Norris then decides to contact my talent individually and says she'll pay them directly. No problem. I just want these people paid. She paid one person and none of the rest. I contacted her attorney only because she told me not to contact her again. I emailed a new invoice. Perhaps the most ridiculous event of all then occurred. Ms. Norris sent me her attorney's invoice for $2,000.00. Imagine that. She says she only had an attorney because our agency contacted him about receiving payment for a job that we completed.

I must say, it's easy to ignore that invoice. It's ludicrous.!!!

I hope my experience and sharing this will help someone who may consider working with TNT Management.

What message does this send to our young adults?

Do the job, work hard, be punctual, friendly, and just don't expect to get paid.

Tina Norris of TNT MGMT is a liar! cant be trusted!

Be leary of this person Tina Norris,TNT MANAGEMENT, TNT MGMT and her networking partner from Evansville that contacted you to help with this booking, Theresa Catanese of C Taylor Agency, you might end up with a fake report on your company!

Both do not want to take responsibility for their actions. Kinda ironic Tina Norris wanted you to sign affidavits as well, just like 2-yrs ago when she required "suddenly" affidavits from her talent that worked through her agency TNT MGMT for her FORMER client SUNFLOWER GROUP. Guess she is trying to make it as difficult as possible to get payment "IF YOU GET PAID". Sorry to hear that your agency & talent is still owed tons of money to date. Does not shock us at all!

Please see below some more information on this person Tina Norris, OF TNT MGMT, DIVA DEMOS, TNT MANAGEMENT. Ironically WE NEVER heard another word/email from Jade Rathbun after this posting went up about her. LOL, LOL

WOULD THE REAL JADE RATHBUN STEP-UP????? WHERE ARE YOU JADE? ARE YOU IN IOWA? BLAAAAHAHA

TNT Management / Tina Norris "Jade Rathbun" - False Impersonator / LIAR!

On March 27, 2009 - We received the following email from a "Jade Rathbun" [email protected] -

Good Morning Lori,
My name is Jade Rathbun and I live in Miami Florida.
I recently worked for the CTaylor Agency out of Evansville Indiana, and have not been paid.
I see your business listed in Evansville, and thought you may be able to help answer my questions.
Every time I call I get a full voice mail, and she never returns my e-mails. Is she closed????? She owes me and my sister $700.00 and its been 4 months! Is there anyone else that I can talk to that has experienced the same problems?
Does your agency staff events and promotions too?
Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give me!
Jade Rathbun

Of course, we get calls and emails like this often - so we responded to this poor young model with helpful information and facts to help her locate Theresa Catanese from The C. Taylor Agency to get paid.

"JADE" responded and was grateful for the information..... but something kept sounding "fishy" about it all. We even spoke to her on the phone. We noticed that she had a Los Angeles area phone number... be she told us she had recently moved to Miami and hadn't got a new number yet.
"JADE" kept on inquiring about TNT Management / Tina Norris.... even though Tina had nothing to do with the job that she said The C. Taylor Agency booked her for. It was like she kept on trying to get us to say certain things about TNT.... like her involvement with Theresa Catanese with C. Taylor.
She even made up a fake myspace account so she could see the SCAM Alliance's page and their postings on her.... They are a great group of Models that we have come to know who have been helping us state our case to other Models on myspace. She also posted a false report on The C. Taylor Agency online.

A little background info: We, our co-workers, associates, clients and families have been repeatedly harassed through email and phone calls by Tina Norris from TNT Management. She wants everyone to take their postings down off the internet for non-payment, and for ever associating her name with The C. Taylor Agency / Theresa Catanese. She and her "attorney" has called, emailed and threatened every one of us that they are going to sue us. (Which she has not done anything at all..... she claims she took one model to court and won... but the case was actually dropped immediately in court when they showed up.) We have sent Tina Norris 2 different Cease/Desist letters recently to demand that she stop harassing us and all involved.

TO THE POINT: Jade's IP address from her emails do not trace back to Miami.... The IP is from DeMoines, Iowa..... where the TNT Management office is located.
Jade's phone number..(818-859-9829 which we turned over to the local Police Dept.) which actually turned out to be a phone line in California.... is registered to TNT Management.

Tina Norris has made up this "fake model" JADE in order to get information out of us.... so she can TRY to get us to say something that she could use in court.
Hasn't she harassed everyone enough already? Now she has proved herself a LIAR. But we already knew that.
We are not sure that it was actually TINA on the phone with us... but it was definitely someone who she put up to it personally.

This has been turned over to law officials since this is clearly harassment/stalking/cyberbully behavior... The same behavior she clearly blames others for when she is the one that continues to harass and stalk others who speak out against her business practices.

We are currently working with other models and Agencies who are owed money by TNT Management / Tina Norris..... and each one of them have spoken about her being associated on some level with The C. Taylor Agency / Theresa Catanese. It is very interesting to us that Tina would use The C. Taylor Agency as "BAIT". In our opinion, and must we say once again... in our opinion.......this leads up to believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are working together.

We are anxious to read your comments on this!
Feel free to help us spread the word.
If you would like the original IP Trace / Reverse Phone documents / proof of the above story, they are available upon request.
Thank you!
