Since I last updated you, which was this morning, now my son called and I noticed this was one of two posts you did about your problem with AA and Netspend, until he pays them another hundred dollars. My son told them, he just paid $400.00 the day before, car still does not run, so now they want him to come pick it up, have it towed, but pay them $100.00 to get it out. This is absolutey unbelievable, I cannot beleive people can get away with this. Please let me know if there is a name of a lawyer I can contact. Since I have filed my last complaint against Ace auto and Tire Express, Tire Express continued to tell my son he needed another distributor, which would be the fourth one he has installed. Now after all this time and money, he nows says his computer is shot, and he no longer can work on his car cause it would be too much money, which my son doesnt have anymore, cause they have taken all his money. He has now lost his job because of all this car problem. Now he has no car, no job, and will probably end up losing his apartment. He is a good worker, and was trying to just make something of himself by going to school and working, and happened to have a problem with his car,and trusted someone he didnt know, and now he has nothing. This is so unfair, and I am sick about all the money they have taken from us. Especially Tire Express, they should not even be in business, the auto store next door to Tire Express,told my son, when he went in their to pick up a part Tire Express told them he needed, said they were the biggest crooks, and my son was stuck, cause they already had his car, and it was not running. This has been a true nightmare, and i have lost several nights sleep worring about him, and i cannot just pick up and fly down there, I too have a job, and cannot pick up and leave. Please let me know if there is anything you can do, or do I need to contact a lawyer. thank you,
