Contracted with Steve Gould / Titan Construction to install a boat lift on 7/28/2017. I paid upfront for the lift. Excuses starting coming almost immediately. Finally 4 weeks later the lift arrives, however the lift is wrong. The cables are too short and won't allow the boat to bu used at any time other than high tide (lift won't go low enough to use on low tide). Contacted Steve to correct and the excuses became non-stop. The weather, the lift company, his employees, his ill family, etc.

I've since found another contractor who is going to repair what Steve Gould did wrong, which was the entire installation. Unfortunately I have no paperwork for the lift, the lift company doesn't know me and said I should contact my installer. I explained the situation to them to no avail.

Steve Gould / titan Consrtuction is a total RIP OFF

While Mr. Gould is correct about the Hurricane in Florida it is apparent he has no clue when it hit. I contracted with Mr. Gould on 7/28/2017 and paid for the lift in full. He told me (and i have all emails to verify his BS) he couldn't place the order because his bank put a hold on the funds. Amazing that an established business cannot place an order because they don't have the money (should have been my first clue that it was bad business) The lift finally did arrive and it had the wrong cables (wouldn't allow me to use my boat at low tide) so yes he did have to replace the cables (should have ordered the correct cables when the order was placed, again total BS) On 10/27/2017 I texted Mr. Gould because he still hadn't corrected his poor work. 3 months and nothing was right.

I have also contacted the state of SC and they are opening an investigation in Titan / Steve Gould to verify all licenses, insurance, etc. and my lawyer is filing suit, stay tuned, can't wait to hear him tell a judge that a hurricane that happened in September is the cause of why his work was so poor and he did not honor the contract and why after three months he was still making excuses. Yes, three months to install a boat lift (pretty pathetic if you ask me)

Can't wait for him to respiond and blame me again.

Did contract with Daniel Page, ordered lift as florida was slammed by a hurricane, IMM LIFTS shut down as did all businesses in ft meyers, lift was delayed. Cables were too short, i paid for and installed correct ones. Lift was working fine, small adjustments needed. Daniel had his neighbor build a massive WOOD deck built on lifts main beams ( which you can plainly see in his pics) so when lift had no boat on it, everything floated, causing cable's to foul, he loads boat, 5/8 stainless steel cables get tangled, so now everything would need to be disassembled AT MY COST. For his error.! And when he doesnt get what he wants, its somebodys fault? WOW.
