Would not offer any Covid relief help, raised the Apr to almost 300 percent from the original 15%. I went into the store and tried to hand them a payment that was 20.00 short. And they would not accept my payment. They inpounded my truck and they are putting it up for sale. The principal for a $1000.00 loan is now $1564.68
Plus $200.00 in charges, 325.00 in expenses with a total of $2,602.96 .

I am sure this isn't your first time being late. When you did your loan i'm sure they went over the terms with you. Those same terms were in a contract that you took home as well. If they impounded your truck i'm sure you were over a month past due with no communication. They don't want to repo your vehicle because it creates work on the employees who have a ton more to deal with.
Selling vehicles not only breaks the relationship with the customer but creates bad morale with the people the customer will tell lies to. Lesson for today is title max is a pawn shop and should be treated as such. I worked for the company for over 8 years so I know the business. Let's not act like a victim and take some responsibility.
