TMG - TransTech Merchant Group - A bunch of lying, cheating, lowlife, stealing, **sholes who should be sued into the ground and imprisoned.

Do not work for these people!!!! Just hang up the phone. Do not be swayed by their false promises, or empty numbers. I learned the hard way!

I myself have fallen victim. Back from San Francisco now living in my beautiful hometown of Lafayette, LA. I had been applying at some positions and looking into several opportunities. I needed work. I was contacted by TMG to start training the following day and start work on the following Monday. I was excited, for several reasons, the first being that I was told that TMG provides daily leads (4). This was simply amazing because this meant no cold calling at all and anyone who knows anything about cold calling knows that it can be tedious.

Training lasted a full day and was basically a web based Power Point slide using the telephone as a conference. I ran the numbers through my head and everything made sense. If they would have done what they promised to do, they would be a viable company that I would consider giving my time and effort to.

The business model made sense!!!

I was given a product to sell that was great for businesses, being low cost to them, increased revenue, etc., given 4 leads a day and given the right conditions I could make $2000 a week.

My Team Leader was Randy Stevens who was not always on my side. Especially when it came down to my commissions. He was there every time the contracts needed to be taken out.

My first customer was a Grocery and Seafood market and it made perfect sense for them to purchase our equipment because he already had one but it was broken and sitting on the shelf. It came out to about $74 monthly for the equipment lease. (60 months)

$74*60=$4440 I made them but was paid only half of my commission!!

It took over a month to get paid from these people and I didn't get the correct amount. After asking why my commission was wrong he would give me some bulls**t story about how I was charged for incorrectly charging the customer which didnt make sense.

I drove over 1400 miles for them, made 3 sales which should have totalled over $2600 in commissions but only received $800.

I finally had enough and did not report in. Randy Stevens from TMG is a liar and the entire company should burn in hell for what they put me through.

I got a call from the first customer I sold to yesterday telling me that he was getting all these charges taken out of his bank account. He said that he was going to the bank to stop payment on any TMG activity. I was embarrassed that I had sold him this system and know that he is a small business owner that cannot afford to have this kind of activity especially in todays economy.

I called Randy Stevens to tell him that this customer had been calling me and he started his usual defensive bantor about contracts (which incidentally are non-cancellable agreements).

You can read more about this practically useless company here. I did some research on TMG and found out that I was not the only one getting screwed by these people. Page after page of people like me getting the shaft by TMG.

I think that they know exactly what they are doing. New hires are excited to part of something that makes sense financially and go for it, not knowing what lies in wait for them. The entire time they are knowing that they are going to take advantage of your customers, not pay you what you earned, and hope you leave the company so they can do what they want.

Please do not fall victim to these vicious predators who take advantage of businesses and call themselves one!! If you have taken a job already, do not go back until you get your money. I am willing to bet that no one stays longer than a month (99% turnover rate).

I am sorry to the people I sold to and do apologize because I empathize with people. I am not some fly-by-night sales person who will make off with your money. I had not idea that a company like that could exist altogether.
