Tmobile. Number 1 in consumer rip-offs.

Sent back a broken side-kick they stated they have never received it and are charging $410.00 for a restocking fee.

They will not make any kind of payment arrangement i.e. 100.00 per month along with the 160.00 for two phones that is payed every month in a timely fashion. They would not even extend 30 days even though i do not take full responsiblity for them not recieving the phone that was placed in their pre-paid envelope and mailed from my place of business. They could not even tell me when they planned on shutting off the phone, just that it would be shortly should they not receive the money. (kind of like blackmail) even if we have a excellent payment history

they have stated there is nothing they can do. This is the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. They should and will be reported to every consmer agency i can find.

Thank you

Who is at fault?

You said in your comments that you are not at fault becuase you placed the broken phone in the pre-paid envelope and mailed it back. The fact that it is lost on the way to T-Mobile means that you are responsible for the cost. If when T-Mobile sent you the replacement phone and it got lost, T-Mobile would be responsible for the cost. However once you accept the package, you have taken responsibility for the returning of the phone. Now, I would recommend filing a claim with the US Postal Service. They may reimburse you for any charge.
