TMobile customer service is poor. Long wait time, poorly trained reps, who speak inadequate english, and are not authorized to make exceptions. Tmobile has been merged with MetroPCS and no longer does contract plans. They will not enable advnaced features that contract phone users get (call forwarding, as an ex). Their reps are not authorized to make exceptions or 'see the bigger picture' in terms of the direction of the company. And there seems to be no way to get a live human located in the USA.
Avoid this company. Their service has gone down hill.
