I have gone down to the dealership to get parts and was unable to do so, I have tried to get warranty service and I can't even get them to come to the phone. I have called the Mahindra customer service rep Darren White and e-mailed my problems to him at [email protected] fax#832-6788601.
I believe they are committing FRAUD by giving a warranty and then not having anyone or anywhere to get warranty work done. I would not have bought a tractor that could not be worked on rhey claimed "BEST WARRANTY" in the buisness.
