Complaint Review: Todd Pierce- Tattoo - Marion Ohio

I never met this guy until yesterday when I was supposed to have a tattoo done on recommendation from a friend of mine. He seemd a little "out there" but I was impressed with his artwork. 

We agreed upon $50 for a small cover up/ touch up tattoo on my shoulder. He couldn't get his equipment to work right so we had been there for over an hour waiting for him to get set up and stop fooling around. When he finally got started I noticed right away that he was pressing down very hard but let him continue as I felt I had no choice in the matter- I wanted to get it done. He took numerous breaks to stop and answer his phone, answer the door, etc. and then finally, when the outline was done, began socializing with his family, his landlord, etc.- now I am left sitting in his kitchen bleeding, flaring and ballooning out, dried up blood and ink all over me, in pain- for an hour. 

He kept telling me "I'll get back to you in a minute, I've got family issues right now"- this is from a guy who asked us to come, didn't bother to tell us "Hey, maybe it's not a good time right now. Come back next week" or whatever- nothing to that effect. He kept talking about how tired he was, etc.

Finally I became frustrated beyond belief. As I said, I am sitting there with crusted ink and blood all over my back, and it hurts. I was getting concerned about infection since I'm sitting with an open wound wide open and no one seems to care. I finally stuck my head around the corner of his kitchen where he was taking about smoking a joint with his kids and said, "Remember me?" I didn't say this in a nasty manner, I was only trying to get his attention focused back where it belonged. Mind you, I had already paid this guy. He had accused me of giving him dirty looks earlier and had said "Well, now it's gonna hurt even more." I guess he was right.

My speaking to him only trying to get his attention flipped him out. He got in my face and began calling me a B...., telling me that I don't speak to him that way, no b.... does, and I don't mean s... to him and he has better things to do. He told me it was a "privilege" to be tatted by him and he gave me a $200 tattoo for fifity bucks but he would take $25 for the unfinished outline. He then lashed out at my boyfriend who had been nothing but cordial and respectful the entire time, and proceeded to beat the crap out of him. I'm standing there still bleeding, watching my boyfriend getting punched to the ground, and then Todd tells me, no I want $50 dollars. Now. I gave him $60 because I had no change, and he told us to get the f... out. I was in fear for my life and my boyfriend's life at this point. When we got ready to leave I noticed my boyfriend's eye was completely busted open and he needed stitches. He also had an open wound in the back of his head.

When we left Todd proceeded to call my boyfriend crying, apologizing and at the same time telling him he needed to control his b....-!!!! He then asked him to please not call the cops.

If you go to this guy, be warned. I am still pulling and wiping out dried up ink from a red outline that is probably infected. Meanwhile, my boyfriend has a black eye and busted head. This guy is a piece of trash and anything but professional. Do not hire him. He's a piece of crap and insane. Now he has my money and I have to go somewhere and try and fix this garbage that he put on my body- forever.
