Despite Tom Gillie's offer of a refund in his rebuttal, no refund has been received (surprise!). He informed me that a refund is conditional on my removing my Rip Off Report Statement. Apparently it is my fault that I haven't received a refund as I was too insulting and rude; he also stated in an email on March 19, 2009, that I was being sued in fourteen days by him if I didn't comply with his demand. He also said that I have caused irrevocable damage to his "brand". Somehow, he doesn't think that cheating his customers out of their funds causes "irrevocable damage". I would be the biggest fool on the planet if I believed that he would now keep his promise of a refund after eleven (11) months of deceit. Ed Y

We acknowlege Ed Yauks compaint. Unlike other complaints where we do not seem to be able to find an order to match the complaint Mr. Yauks is real. It is a very unfortunate situation and we deeply regret the problem he has had. It has been handled poorly on our end. I offer him not only his flooring but also a cash rebate on his order. Because of the problem with this order we have instituted new policies to help make our customers more comfortable with ordering from us. One of these is the ability to place your order and take delivery of it on a C.O.D basis. You risk absolutley nothing. If you are not happy with the flooring that is delivered simply refuse it. We have on our site testimonials from numerous customers who are most happy with there purchases. We have available references that can be easily checked and i am always available by phone or e-mail.
