On November 14th 2013 at a 10AM meeting between individuals including talent, and a S.A.G. official who were discussing the talent's concerns about O.M.P.A. alleged prejudice and possibly corrupt policies, including the idea that McFadden perhaps inappropriately refers actors regularly to a favored Board member, a young woman who was present and heard the name O.M.P.A. had the following to say. "Did you mention Tom McFadden?" "He made a pass at me when I was a volunteer at O.M.P.A. and when I rebuffed him, he made things difficult for me." She also stated that she thought McFadden may be the most corrupt individual in Portland and had more to say about that. There were 5 individuals that heard her remarks that morning. No one will forget this hypocrite or how he may be hurting the Govenor's office of Film's efforts to assist Oregon talent.

There is actually only one talent agent in Oregon who was ever declined a listing in the professional directory, and the same talent agent regularly uses Craigslist and other Internet sites to slander people. The OMPA Talent Committee created an OMPA-approved industry “Standard and Practice” regarding Talent Agencies in response to the misdealings of this one agent.
I have dealt with this individual before, and I know that responding to his anonymous, salacious remarks just "Feeds the Troll," and I fully andicipate him to continue with his rediculous activity. Regardless, I would be happy to field legitimate concerns in a mature and appropriate forum.
I am also happy to report the achievements of OMPA over the last several years include adding Actors as a resource that we promote alongside Oregon crew and locations, and am very proud that the Acting industry has so much global recognition now for being a world-class resource for Oregon's film and TV production.

Tom McFadden puts this off on a talent agent whom he unethically labels. This is something he has done for years. If he hears a rumor, true or false, about a talent agency then he makes it impossible for the agent to join OMPA and maligns the agent. This is not what the community would hope for from anyone at OMPA. Thus he believes he might know who authored this report.
This report actually came out of the mouth of a past OMPA volunteer named Beth P. in the presence of three witnesses. Why not just realize that it is not a false report and McFadden needs to be 'OUTED' from OMPA. Beth actually added that Tom may be one of the most corrupt men in Portland.
Anyone that would suppoprt a CLASS ACTION SUIT naming OMPA & McFadden or any other woman willing to step forward now would be appreciated.
A SAG actor that attended an OMPA meeting actually heard McFadden slander an agent. McFadden needs to exit OMPA before we approach the new governor for changes. OMPA needs a true professional not someone preserving businesses for a 'good ole boy' network. Everyone on the OMPA board needs to fully understand these facts. McFaddeb is very bad for your organization. The only reason we have not previously gone to the governor or sued is that we do not want a lot of controversy for the industry.

This is Tom McFadden. I know the gentleman who posted this. He is an unreputable talent agent in the Portland, Oregon area. When he didn't qualify to be listed in the directory of professional services in Oregon's media production industry, he lashed out against the Oregon Media Production Association and anyone associated with our work.
I am perfectly willing to speak about my work at OMPA. Not here however, on a site that clearly is set up to take advantage of people by allowing unverified, malicious posts. You can find me on LinkedIn.
