To whom it may concern,
On MAY 2014, I got agreement with a seller to buy a short sale house as a dual agent deal at 1601 N Huron Dr. Santa Ana, CA 92706.
Unfortunately, the bank got mistake and sold in auction as a foreclosure. The dual agent asked me for $1,500 as a fee to file a legal litigation for this issue. He was too slow to update and inform me what going on and I believed he has not performed well to let thing happened.
I am disappointed of his service which was not performed correctly. To resolve the problem, I asked another agent/Tommy Nguyen to help me as a buyer agent and he made thing going well. I told him if he can find an investor to take over the house and pay me the price I like to sell then I will let him take over the short sale price. I agreed to sell at $430k and split the profit with him/Tommy. The short sale closed on 04/16/15 for $380k. The transfer went well and I would appreciate that I have my share as verbal agreement between me and Tommy. However, he said he so busy and ignore to response to me. I texted him that I have free time from today to Sunday to meet up but no reply again.
I look forward to a resolution of this issue. I will seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.
Sincerely,
Christie Quyen Giang.
