Saw an ad on google for oppo dvd 105 which was retailing for $100 cheaper than any web site'
Went to to the website and was prompted to type in my request
got a reply in 24 hrs, first red flag was company was doing buisness as starbrige , note not STARBRIDGE with the D, adress in carlifornia, but toplinetvs.com banking info is info is in washington state
was told to wire the money, will get 4;5 percent off with 5 year extended warranty.If credit card was used, item will be delayed 10 days,called back, no reply, reply was by e mail after 3 days of stalling stating I would get a ups tracking number, it never happened.when I emailed back, I was told the information was sent by auto e mail, to this day , never got a ups tracking number, no dvd player and I am out of $1050
Upon further research I found out this company is rip off, when you call the tel no 425 260-0683, there is a recording that they are open fron 10am to 2 pm , or they are out doing custom install giving you the impression they are legit and doing a lot of buisness

now if I can figure out how to get my money back , I will be ok. wish I had done some reserach, if it is too good, then it is probably a scam

this is a follow up to a prevoius complaint, my dvd player was never shipped after 22 days. My cash was never refunded. did a search on better business bureau. The company has a rating of F, just this past 3 months unsuspecting customers have been ripped off by about 7000usd. Same MO, wire the cash and we will send you the product in 2 days. product is never shipped, cash never refunded. this company needs to be stopped.If there are any orther victims out there we need to band together and get some legal recourse to get our hard earned money cack
