Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We did a loan with Tower Loan of Bossier City.  We signed a contract and saw the outrageous insurance fees and told them we didn't want them.  They had us sign a paper to not accept and were told we would recieve a check for them.  That didn't happen.  They sued us because  of inadequate posting habits.  We went to court and the judge delayed it as we had plenty of proof we weren't behind.  We met with the attorney after court and she accepted our proof and was to get it corrected and send us a copy.  Guess what, it never happened.  We made multiple contacts with Ms. Clause's office by phone and mail requesting she honor her word and again it didn't happen.  A year later they are again wanting to go to court to sue us because they feel we owe them attorney fees for helping them do their job.  I feel they owe us a bundle for doing their job properly.  Anyone having similiar problems please email me at (((REDACTED)))@att.net.  Looking for possibly class action suit and reporting to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, March 10, 2014

As an ex-employee I wished customers who got money from the company were smart.

When your loan is being closed make sure every paper you sign is being explained don't just sign where they point make them explain what you're signing. I've noticed 90% of the customers just sign wherever they're pointed to sign without reading a little especially on the insurances.

Sorry to tell you but when you closed the loans with insurances in them already, the insurance premiums got slapped with interest on them as well. When you chose to cancel the insurance, some get refunded to your balance and some you get a check in mail (Car club and ad&d insurance). BUT even if they refund your the premiums...unfortunately you'll still pay on the insurance interest that occured the moment you closed the loan.

Whenever you're signing the loan papers and you notice they stuck some insurance in there without your knowledge...ask them to void and redo the loan without insurances on them thus you escape the insurance interest.

Finally talked to attorney handling this group of deceptive crooks.  The told me she didn't get the letters sent but is still trying to straighten this out.  Thank goodness for some sanity in this world.  Tried to remove the report but as you know Rip off report doesn't allow this.
