We are a computer VAR and I do the purchasing for our company. Karina somehow got my email and has been sending me "specials" frequently. Often times, the specials look too good to be true. After receiving an email for Sony PS3 bundle systems at "great deal" prices, I decided to call Karina, and I asked her many questions, to ensure that she knew what she was advertising. She assured me that "Yes", everything was accurate as described. I placed an order for 8 systems and she refused a credit card payment, and insisted that we send her a cashier's cheque or a wire transfer.
Reluctantly, I sent her wire, and waited.
1 week later, and no order, even though I emailed her every day - no goods. I kept insisting, and she came back and said that I did not meet the minimum order for some accessories that are part of the package, so I need to send more money. I told her I could not send any more money until I saw an actual product, and I needed tracking proof of this.
Incredibly next day, she sent me a box of cheap 'junk' headphones. I was furious, so I called her. I spoke to her nicely and asked her what these were. 30 seconds into the conversation, she hung up. I tried calling back at least 20 times, she turned off her Cell phone. I tried calling the customer service number listed - to my surprise, that was a call center. The person know nothing and could say nothing - other than she would have to forward my info to customer service. Completely Bogus.
Nonetheless, i have emailed Karina every single day for the last few weeks, trying to get my money back and she just turns me around and around, saying I need to send the balance that I owe them before they release the order.
I asked her to send me 2 of the PS3 systems. They money I paid for 8 systems should more than cover the cost of 2. She insisted she could not ship until I paid. During all this time, she tries to confuse the communication as much as possible.
I have concluded that there are no 'real' products as advertised. Just today, I got another email from her selling new Wii systems with 12 games for under $200 each. Another ripoff.
Somebody should stop her cold. Another person here had said they were successful in their efforts and got their money back. Yet she continues to rip people off.
She deserves to be thrown in Jail and her travel documents revoked. She is putting America to shame.
