Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband bought a truck back in 2007 he was told it needed a transmission and work done to it but he had to have this truck. So when income tax came around he decided that he would find a transmission company to fix it so he was told by a friend about another friend working for Transplant transmission, So he decided that he would go and check them out.

This is where the nightmare began. He was told that he needed a transmission and it would have to be rebuilt okay thats fine while your at it order all these parts new. Well I guess it was a week later he got his truck back guess what it ran the same called them back took his truck down there they kept it for a couple of more days. after months of this going on they say oh well we don't think its the transmission we think its a engine problem. well it wasn't an engine problem its a transmission problem. okay so it was back there for them to fix it and once again it ran the same okay now this went on for year.

So my husband decided that he wasn't taken it back there anymore and he wanted his money back because we paid them over three thousand dollars and they didn't get the job done. This is what they said bring your truck back here your warranty is almost up and by the way we shouldn't of gave you a warranty because its a performance truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! First of all you didn't even fix the truck that we paid you to fix and then you are going to bring up the fact that its a PERFORMANCE TRUCK! IF YOU COULDN'T WORK ON A PERFORMANCE TRUCK THEN WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU EVEN TRY OH WAIT I KNOW BECAUSE YOU SAW DOLLAR SIGNS!

Oh wait it gets even better so now That we decided not to take the truck back we took it to another transmission company who stated that there were leaks in the transmission! oh there goes another 500 hundred dollars down the toilet. Okay so well then he is out of a truck because we are out of money to even have someone else tear the transmission down. Well now I had to go BUY another vehicle for him to drive to work and pick our children up because he can't drive the TRUCK that was suppose to be fixed. Well so we go buy another vehicle wow there goes SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN THE TOILET. Not so good credit that a bank will allow me to buy something a little cheaper. Okay so now we got a added expense YAY US. Okay so now a friend of a friend who worked there at the time our Truck was being SO CALLED REPAIRED informed us that the parts we had ordered to be put on the transmission wasn't put on the transmission until get this AFTER WE RETURNED THE TRUCK THE SECOND TIME AND HE IS NOT SURE THAT THEY WERE EVEN PUT ON! UGHHHHHH ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

So now this is what else we went through with this company . 1. UNANSWERED QUESTIONS THE EXCUSE LET US DO RESEARCH AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU. OKAY NO PHONE CALLS BACK. 2. THEY BURNED THE BACK TIRES OFF OF THE TRUCK YEA BLACK RUBBER UP ONE SIDE OF THE TRUCK AND DOWN THE OTHER! THEY REPLACED 1 TIRE! 3. THEY DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF VEHICLE YOU HAVE IF THEY SEE DOLLAR SIGNS YOU CAN BET THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY CAN DO THE WORK. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I just used this company because they were the most affordable estimate and I was pleased with how things turned out.  I talked to the guy behind the counter and told him what bad reveiws he had online. He told me they just stopped shipping out of state recently and things have gotten better.  Based on my experience, I would have to agree, because the company I went to was nothing like this review.

At Trans-Plant Transmission, there have recently been major changes in a effort to bring back good customer satisfaction.  We have decided that out of state deliveries were causing to many issues that we could not personally witness.  Recently we have began localizing our service to the state of Arizona.  We hope this will allow for a better experience with Trans-Plant Transmission!  We hope you will give us another shot, as we aim to improve customer relations with all existing customers and develop many new customers with our new methods and higher self expectations.  Please stop by the next time you need a remanufactured transmission and we will be happy to help you get your car or truck back on the road!  We are now open Mon- Friday from 8am-5pm only.
