Ok you want the true about wil trans will let start with training Wil train is in my opinion the best place i could have been trained at. It is not one of the biggest trucking school but i liked my time there. the people are very friendly and will try to help you. get to the next level in A trucks career. They paid for my bus ticket,food, and hotel room, and pick us up everyday for class and sometimes bought us special lunches or dinners and so you no i was i part of this company Mr. Larry was my trainer Ms.maryann keep (tried to keep me in right standing with my LOGs)and when It started to go wrong i heard from Miss. rhonda in safety or Mr. Wilson which was also my dispatcher Kirk Wilson's Dad So now you know i know. Oh No will there is also head of dispatch daryl ,and also jj , in dispatch Now lets start again.
Like a said they right good people and it is Family Run for the most part with help Ok. Now
Likes
They will learn you about the truck and help you pass the CDL Testing.
They will teach you about safety and Logs Books.
They will take you thought a train the trainer Class to learn you about teaching your driving students.
They teach you how to drive that truck from start to end.
they had 13 speed and 10 Speeds cat and cummins diesel engines when i was there.
And i was make good Money even with my trainer MR.Works after awhile ... loved that guy he helped methose NV. to CA. mountain.
Love the money made $1000, $1200 aweek. loved all the states i with though in the run of a week.
Dislikes
They only Allow 3 Day home time for three weeks out... I would stay out 2 -3 Months at a time but i only got 3 day off still.
Starting out i was making 10 (cpm)or cent per mile with 2 cent per diem.
IF YOU LEASE YOU MUST TRAIN TO MAKE GOOD MONEY. If you are going to lease know how to run a truck first I when in the hole my third week by 6 dollars and back up the next by $1200 so no what you are doing before you lease a truck.
Company driver must get trainee after a time.
Now When you are a company driver making good money don't get stupid and want to lease $800 to $1200 dollars is just that ok.
And you may ask who am i in in class when they teach you about LOGs book they will teach you about company points violation...i was one of the three only ever fired for company log book points policy violation. was i believe 34 points.

After training with my new 2 seat tim from SC. we maked $1000, $1200 aweek. I loved all the states we when though in the run of a week. .....

If you are going to lease know how to run a truck first I when in the hole too my third week by 6 dollars and back up the next by $1200 so no what you are doing before you lease a truck. My truck made $30,000 my first and only month as a lease driver.
Now remember when you lease a truck you become self employed and no longer work for the company that hired you or Wil trans You are just leasing a truck from them and will not get unemployment if you or Fired ..and most times another trucking company wont hire you for 6 Months After that... Listen good..
