On Thursday 8/8/2013 I called to make a reservation at Americas Best Value inn in Hancock,md. I explained to the agent on the phone that I needed an early check in, he told me he found a room and needed my information to reserve the room, I gave him my name, address, phone number and credit card information. He put me on hold for about 10 minutes then disconnected the call. I called right back and got a different agent. Told the 2nd agent what happened and he stated he was not able to find a confirmed reservation. He said he had seen 8 times where the card was tried but never processed so he would go ahead and try to confirm the reservation. He  again took all the same information and stated that because it was an early check in I would have to go directly to the the hotel and make the reservation myself. Once arriving at the hotel the man at the front desk stated he had no reservations in his system and could not do an early check in because he didnt have any rooms available. I called back to 1800hotels to find a different hotel. Had to give them all my info a 3rd time because they had nothing on file under my name, card number or phone number. he assured me that there had been no previous charges on my card because they had 8 errors when trying to process the reservation. Well, Once I got home I checked my credit card online and sure enough they had put a pending charge on my card for 57 dollars.

Once again i called and spent about 2 hours of my day trying to get in touch with the correct department to have this resolved. Of course no one could find any charges on my card to I had to fax them in a copy of my statement showing them the charge. I faxed all the information in that was requested and was told it would be resolved in 72 business hours. So I called back 3 days later and get transferred several times, once i finally get to the last representative, she puts me on hold for another 10 minutes, comes back on the phone and states they need another 72 hours to process this because of the declined charges. Said the would red flag it and make sure it gets expedited. Well the agent i spoke with when I called on 8/8/2013 told me this would be redflagged and expedited. This has taken about 8 hours so far of my time with phone calls being disconnected, transferred, being put on hold, and faxing them proof that that have now charged my card. Everytime i call i have to explain this entire story to an agent just to have them say "let me connect you to the correct department that handles that"

I will never be using this service again and I would recomment noone to this company. They do not have a clue as to what they are doing!!!!!!!!
