Can't you read?
Report:
Can't you read? It says plainely, payments made on due date or made on weekends and holidays not credited as arriving on due date..
They have I might add corrected this problem we were having, of them not crediting payment when it arrives.
I do not however know if they're charging full late fee if you're two cents low on your payment. Why don't you try them and find out?
One can now set it up to make payment on whatever date is accetable. So if my comp-laining did this then, what complaint do you have?
Also;
I'd like to bring out that they overcharge the customer in order to give monies to charities of their choice..;
Question:
Why when the used to refund the overcharge to the customer, once a year, do they now give this overcharge to favored charities..
Do not misunderstand, if you want to donate your money to your favorite charity, do so. Just don't take my money by force, misreputation or threats, to give to someone else.

Companies like this one are preying on people, low or without adequate funds to pay the improper fees and having no recourse, other than pay the corporate demands, or live without utilities. Tri County Electric has monopolized this area and this should be corrected !
