Tri State Used Auto Sales LLC Krishaun Gilmore Pierre Jackson I WAS RIPPED OFF TOO!!! BY TRI STATE USED AUTO SALES LLC ..... BEWARE Cincinnati Ohio
Company took thousands of dollars from me. Didn't provide me with a title or memorandum title. Close their company down they are no where to be located. Wanted a last payments without proper title. Told me The bank had to release the title and needed the car to do so. I handed over car and key. They ran off with my car. I contacted a bomb investigator who had Krishauna come in to his office. And let him know they needed to provide title, key to vehicle and vehicle and she could make last payment. Company gave me title and vehicle and then Wrongful Repossession. I have not been able to get in contact with the owners. They have not contacted me. They will not answer calls and continue to skip location of their dealerships.

Another lie How could I think because they moved I would hope not to pay when they had a lien on the vehicle. Not only that there was only 1 payment left due after I've paid the over 5-6 thousand dollars..... why not make the last payment...... Does add up. They refuse to take the last payment after they were told to put the vehicle in my name and provide with with the title. For months they didn't provide me with my totle and to think I would make my last payment withput it. No so they can rip me off. Changing location and I not have a title or vehicle. It's October and I'm not in jail...... Everything could have been taking care of then, months ago. But they were being so nasty, after doing so much wrong. They were not at any of the locations that told the detective and investigator they would be.....

The lies he tell. When your doing people wrong several customers/consumers your business will be reported. Yes their company was reported and yes charges were place their their company behave. They were told to hand over the vehicle and title. Because they lie about everything. If your is repo car customers vehicle you cant lie and say the vehicle needs to be looked at by a bank. To try to resale a vehicle after it's been paid for. If you sale a vehicle you have to give customers their title and or memorandum which they did not do. Which is illegal to do in the State of Ohio. They played me for months and I still continued to pay on My vehicle. After they were reported for doing wrong they call themselves being upset and repo the vehicle. If I had known tgey would continue to rip people off I would have not dropped the charges against them. And I have not stolen anything that belongs to me! Yes it's been several months that has went past they your company have stolen money and vehicles from customers.

miss brown came to me and purchase a 2004 escalade and told me she would have it paid off in by march 1. As you can see its July and the vehiicle is not paid off. I myself and my partner have did everything with in our power to help miss brown. Ive sold the vehicle to her at dealer cost. Ive push the payoff date back so miss brown could payoff the vehicle. But miss brown still has a outstanding balance. So I repossed the escalade. miss brown has reported my company to the state and has tried to get me put in jail lied to the state and the police. Talked bad about my company and all i've every done is tried to help this lady. We change location but we didnt change our number. So we didnt run from miss brown. she was behind on a payment when we moved she had the esclade at the time. we took the vehicle back she went to dmv and reported that we took her escalade. The DMV contact me i told them what happen. the contacted her and ask how come she didnt pay off the vehicle. Miss brown told them we moved and she couldnt get in contact with me. Which is a lie because my number is still the same. and she never tried to contact me or my partner. Miss brown was hoping since we move that we would forget about the escalade and she wouldnt have to pay the bill. Miss brown has stolen the ecalade from me and now shes facing felony theft. My company is reputable company That sold over 1000 cars. I am a guy that beleives in put the customers first and providing a good customer service thanks
