By certain bad luck I am an employee of this terrible company that offers memberships that rip off customers. We are required to push the sale even if the customer declines to a degree that would put them in a hateful mood. The branch that I work for offers memberships such as but are not limited too: Great Fun, Great Options, Shoppers Advantage, Travelers Advantage, Privacyguard, Hotline, Wells Fargo ID Theft Protection. With all but Wells, we are required to give at least 2 rebuttals but are pushed to give more. There are a few team leaders that have the wrong attitude to handle the job and should they have a bad day to begin employees will not have an easy day ahead of them. I am in the process of finding a different job.

Until then I am stuck here. My advise to customers connected to this memberships enrollments is to just hang up if you wish not to take the risk, but if you sign up remember I am not twisting your arm to give out your personal information to them. And on another note these memberships don't offer that great of a deal. Thank you and I hope that this will be of some help. If you need an idea of how the scripts sould just let me know and I will submit a report since I have memorized them.

I used to work at the SAME branch Michael is referring to. I just recently quit but I used to look at it like this... It is their own fault for getting pressured into the situation. Some of the people that call in legitimately will use and benefit from the service. Others that only enroll for the trial period and want to cancel after that, get only what they put themselves into. I have heard too many times " oh I never checked my statement and you have charged me for one year for a service I never signed up for and never used." Now most of the time YOU have to give US permission to charge your account so how can you say you didn't authorize it. Now there have been times that I have heard that they just went to stay at the hotel and the hotel enrolled them on their behalf.. That isn't right. I feel if you are unsure, just make it easier on the rep and yourself...HANG UP!!!!!!!!!!! If you rent a car, hotel, order something and get transferred over, just get the website to look over the information and hang up....Don't waste our time because half of the time we don't want to talk to you either!!!!!
