I used to work at the SAME branch Michael is referring to. I just recently quit but I used to look at it like this... It is their own fault for getting pressured into the situation. Some of the people that call in legitimately will use and benefit from the service. Others that only enroll for the trial period and want to cancel after that, get only what they put themselves into. I have heard too many times " oh I never checked my statement and you have charged me for one year for a service I never signed up for and never used." Now most of the time YOU have to give US permission to charge your account so how can you say you didn't authorize it. Now there have been times that I have heard that they just went to stay at the hotel and the hotel enrolled them on their behalf.. That isn't right. I feel if you are unsure, just make it easier on the rep and yourself...HANG UP!!!!!!!!!!! If you rent a car, hotel, order something and get transferred over, just get the website to look over the information and hang up....Don't waste our time because half of the time we don't want to talk to you either!!!!!
