Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
i went to this car lot looking to trade in my car for a work truck for my business. for some reason the salesman said he couldnt get the deal done by trading my car in (although my car had around $8,000.00 in equity at the time) so he took the car out of the deal and said he could get it done if i put $2,000.00 down and he could sell my car no problem that he probably new somebody that buy it now and possibly for a small profit that could be applied to the down payment. so i agreed i brought him the down payment and i went to sign the papers for the loan only to find out from the loan company that they couldnt do the loan because i had filed bankruptcy a few weeks prior. so i went straight back to the car lot and talked to the salesman and he told me not to worry about it that they (the car lot) would get me financed and if not they would finance the truck for me. at that point i told the salesman not to sale my car until we get something done with truck. i say a week or two later i went to the lot to check on the financing only to find my car was gone i asked where it was and it was sold. the salesman reassured that there was nothing to worry about if they couldnt get anyone to finance me they would do it. about three months later and seventy seven phone calls made by me to the car lot i finally was called to come in to the lot one last time for them to barricade the truck in and pretty much told i S.O.L no down payment or vehicle. i later found out that the car lot forged my signature on the title to obtain a clear title in their name.
