This company is undependable, non-responsive, and they are dishonest in their dealings. My home warranty company dispatched them to us in Nov. 2016, for a kitchen faucet leak - but they never contacted us to come diagnose the issue. So, we contacted them and set up an appointment - but they were a no-show. We complained to the home warranty company, and they finally came, mid-December - but then failed to file the paperwork with the diagnosis; and were non-responsive. During this time, we started growing black mold. Our home warranty company made contact with them in February 2017, but they still did not contact us. In March 2017, I spoke with my home warranty company again - they contacted Triple S, and told me to call them to set the appointment. When I contacted Triple S, 3 minutes later, Kyle stated the the work order was completed and closed. They tried to cover their behinds, and screwed with the wrong people. I haven't had a functioning kitchen sink for over 4 months and mold developed as a result. When asked for their Federal ID, Kyle refused to provide it. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
