Truck Mart llc Dont trust what truck mart tells you Shippensburg Pennsylvania
My husband and I bought a truck from truck mart, upon getting to the dealership, we discovered the truck had really bad tires and the air conditioning did not work. It was agreed upon that they would put new tires and fix the air conditioner. While the shop was doing repairs, we signed our paper work. After they were done with the truck they pulled it out front, it was pouring the rain, muddy and cold. We did a once over on the tires and from what we saw through the mud they appeared to be new tires. Once we got home and cleaned the truck up we discovered that they had put recaps that were already coming apart on the truck and the air conditioner still did not work, we called truck mart and we were told that it was our problem now. On top of all of this the truck was not dot inspection ready as they claimed and now they are jerking us around on the title. The company that we have our sprinter van leased out to also put up two thousand dollars of the down payment to help us out. I hope truck mart likes lawyers because I forsee a few of them in their future. If was not for the fact that we were desperate for a truck and our credit was not good enough for a legit dealership we would had not ever even went there.
