If you are looking into buying or renting at either one of these three buildlings, I suggest you do some research and start by asking the residents how they like living in a building they refer to as the Trump Dump. These buildings are low end rentals disguised as high end apartments. The buildings poor design and layout causes a lot of congestion when pulling up and there's often not even a place to leave your car. If you have groceries that you want brought up, it can take 30-45 minutes for them to get them to your unit because they leave them in your car or in the lobby until they park all the cars and if people keep coming and going they will not bring up your things until everyone is gone and they have a free minute. You are better off doing it yourself if you don't want your things to spoil in the heat. One of the biggest issues is the broken elevators which are being repaired almost every day. There is nothing they can do to fix them because of the design of the building. You will realize how this is frustrating when only 1 elevator is working and you have been waiting 20 minutes for it to come to your unit. And if they are working on a unit or moving someone then after 20 minutes of waiting you may not be able to fit inside of it when it finally comes. And if you have kids, they might be breathing in cement, paint or whatever other chemicals the contractors have spilling in the elevator. That is because they don't have a service elevator. Notice that to get to the beach, you have to walk through the garage, past the nasty smelling restaurant dumpster. The beach service is awful, you have to buy beach cards and must have them on you if you want to get a chair. The buildings don't have enough money for more chairs so they are limited. You are only allowed 2 chairs, 1 umbrella and 4 towels, which you have to carry yourself and bring back when you are done in order to retrieve your cards. If you plan on having guests, make sure they bring their own chairs and umbrella or they will be baking on the sand. The pools only get sun in the morning until 12 pm. The building management and security are dishonest and low class people only looking for an opportunity to screw you. We had our bikes locked up in the garage for 2 years in the same place which the security decided to cut down and move to a "secured location" which only 2 people had access to. The bikes miraculously disappeared from this location and the people with keys don't know what happened to them. Those people are head of maintenance and the board president, the head of security who put them there also has no idea. One of them stole my bikes or gave them away and won't take responsibility or tell me what happened to them. The main manager has not even been able to provide a reason why they refuse to pay for the stolen property that her employees had. It's really sad to have your things stolen from your home by the same people who are supposed to be there to protect your belongings. If you plan on buyig a unit in this building, don't waste your money. The service is horrible, the buildings are cheap and management/security are liars. We are so glad to be out of there.
