I was contacted in November By Trust Benefits with a promise of a credit card. The only thing I had to do was to pay A one time Fee Of $299.00, I reluctantly agreed and the money was taken from my account. Three weeks later I recieved nothing for my hard earned money. I tried to call several times to find a busy signal,and the e-mail address could not be found.
I recieved a call today from this company, the man on the phone told me that I got myself in this mess and I agreed to pay a membership fee of $299.00. I explained that the phone call consisted of an offer of a credit card ONLY. Not a membership.
I asked if I could tape the call and he abruptly answered "I see that I can't help you on this so have a good day".He was very rude with a smart attitude through this whole call.
The man told me that this type of attitude is why all of these clams have been filed.All I want is a refund!
